§ 941.51.

As used in sections 941.51 to 941.56 of the Revised Code : (A) “ Negative ” means an animal determined by a tuberculosis test not to be infected with tuberculosis. (B) “ Reactor ” means any animal that shows a response to an approved tuberculin test and is classified

a reactor by the testing veterinarian. (C) “ Suspect ” means an animal that cannot be classed as a reactor or negative after a tuberculosis

test. (D) “ Tuberculosis ” means a dangerously contagious or infectious disease of any species caused by mycobacterium

bovis.
