§ SD.1069.152. HEARING

HEARING. (a) The board by order shall set a time and place to hold a hearing on a petition to include a defined territory in the district. (b) The board shall set a date for the hearing that is after the 30th day after the date the board issues the order. Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 70 (S.B. 1147 ), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2013.
