§ ED.56.402. PROGRAM NAME
PROGRAM NAME; PURPOSE. (a) The student financial assistance program authorized by this subchapter is known as the Texas Educational Opportunity Grant Program. (b) The purpose of this subchapter is to provide a grant of money to enable eligible students to attend two-year public institutions of higher education in this state.
