§ ED.85.71. FORMS
FORMS; CONTRACTS; REGULATIONS. The board shall adopt forms and contracts and shall promulgate rules and regulations that in its best judgment will protect the income from lands leased under this subchapter. A majority of the board may act in all cases, except where otherwise provided by this subchapter. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 3201, ch. 1024, art. 1, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1971.
