§ LA.355.013. TRAINING PROGRAMS

TRAINING PROGRAMS. The commission may establish training or experimentation locations necessary to train blind persons who desire to be licensed to operate vending facilities and to develop techniques which will allow blind persons to operate the facilities or related types of small businesses more efficiently and productively. Transferred, redesignated and amended from Human Resources Code, Chapter 94 by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1138 (S.B. 208 ), Sec. 28, eff. September 1, 2015.
