§ LA.402.077. EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS
EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS. (a) The division shall provide education on best practices for return-to-work programs and workplace safety. (b) The division shall evaluate and develop the most efficient, cost-effective procedures for implementing this section. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 265 (H.B. 7 ), Sec. 2.018, eff. September 1, 2005.
