§ PR.301.082. ANSWER
ANSWER. (a) Not later than the 10th day after the date of receipt of the notice and copy of the complaint under Section 301.081 (f)(3), a respondent may file an answer to the complaint. (b) An answer must be: (1) in writing; (2) under oath; and (3) in the form prescribed by the commission. (c) An answer may be amended at any time. (d) An answer does not inhibit the investigation of a complaint. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 40, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
