§ SD.1069.105. RULES
RULES. The board may adopt rules for the operation of the district, including rules governing: (1) the operation of the hospital and hospital system; (2) the duties, functions, and responsibilities of district staff and employees; and (3) the acquisition of goods or services. Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 70 (S.B. 1147 ), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2013.
