§ TN.452.405. RATE DECREASE

RATE DECREASE: SALES AND USE TAX. (a) The executive committee by order may direct the comptroller to collect the authority's sales and use tax at a rate that is lower than the rate approved by the voters at the confirmation election. (b) The executive committee must file a certified copy of the order with the comptroller. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
