§ TN.522.024. ADDITIONAL TESTING

ADDITIONAL TESTING. To ensure compliance with the federal act and to promote the systematic conversion to commercial driver's licenses, the department may require the commercial driver's license testing of a person to whom the department has previously issued a driver's license that authorizes the driving of a vehicle that may be subject to this chapter. The testing may be required before the expiration of an existing license. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
